How does a Jet Ski work?

Our goal is to provide the best level of quality and service to you and the rest of our customers. Please give us as much notice as possible about your change of plans so that we can better serve you. We also recognize that while modifications and cancellations are unavoidable, they are expensive to our business. If you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, please contact us. Please provide written notification to sales@jetskicancun.com in order for us to process your cancellation/refund request. Please be aware that refund/cancellation requests take one to seven business days to process. Any verbal/over-the-phone request or voice message will be ignored. It is not guaranteed that engaging with one of our customer support personnel will result in your cancellation being processed or recognized.

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your departure date are fully refundable. This allows us to free up the space for other clients. Send us an email at sales@jungletourcancun.com to cancel your reservation.

b) Cancellations received 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a 70% refund. Send us an email at sales@jungletourcancun.com to cancel your reservation.

c) If you are unable to participate in the activity, please advise Jetski Cancun of your cancellation or modifications to your arrival time. No exceptions are made. If you miss the deadline or simply do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the total payment.

d) In the event that online reservations are canceled for any reason (whether by Jet Ski Cancun or by you), the refunded fee will be credited to the same account or credit card that was used to make the reservation.

Other Cancellations

a) If weather conditions prevent the service from taking place, all bookings may be canceled without penalty.

b) If you become ill, you must produce a doctor's letter in order to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.

c) In package agreements, if an activity is canceled, the package price is forfeited, and the remaining services are charged at full price. (It's possible that the remaining services will be more expensive than the original package.)

Reschedule Policy

a) If you choose to reschedule at no charge, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.

b) If weather conditions prevent the service from taking place, all reservations may be rescheduled without charge.

c) Any reschedules made on the day of the booking are subject to availability and will incur a $5 USD per person surcharge. If relevant, transportation fees are not covered by this policy.
